Delivery Arrangement

Normally, we follow the Japan air-flown schedule, the to-your-home-step delivery lead time will be two wroking days count from the order placed.

You are welcome to make a pre-order and instruct a specified delivery date, just leave us a message on the Shopping Cart page (instructions to seller), we will follow your instructions to arrange delivery.

We strive to satisfy our customers. If you wish to enjoy the delicacies early than our normal delivery schedule, please drop a message to WhatsApp (+65 96409321), we will try to siphon off inventory from restaurants to fulfill your orders.

We will appreciate your understanding that this is not a guaranteed service since most of our goods are fleshly air-flown from Japan on daily basis, the supply could be critical.

The daily cut-off time is 19:00 PM (Mon-Sat), orders placed after the cut-off time will be handled on next working day.

We accept orders shipping to addresses in Singapore only. Any shipments outside of Singapore are not available at this time.

Delivery Time & Schedule

Our delivery time range is 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Mon-Sun)

We are appreciating your understanding we can not commit a specified delivery time, however, we provide a thoughtful delivery process as below:

1. One day before the delivery date, our customer services specialist will send you a soft reminder WhatsApp message to you.

2. On the delivery date, right before the goods come out from our Shop or are being processed, our drivers will make a phone call to ensure the estimated delivery time is okay for you.

3. If our customer services specialist nor drivers are able to reach you by WhatsApp or phone call, we will hold the goods and re-arrange the delivery on the next working day since most of our products are fresh and we want you to enjoy at the best freshness.

4. We allow up to 2 times re-arrangement without additional charges, after on a fixed rate will be charged at $12 per attempt.

Delivery Fees

We offer free shipping on orders over $100. (Net amount after deducting coupon vouchers and discounts)

For orders below $100, a fixed rate of $12 will be charged for each order.

Refund Policy

We are happy that Himawari Shoten is your choice, we appreciated your trust and support, but if you are not completely satisfied we will accept a replacement or refund for all purchases made on our website as a result of our errors (damaged, wrong item sent or quality issue etc.)

The replacement or refund should be subjected to our standard refund policy:

1. Please initial the refund process within 48 hours upon receiving

2. Shipping & delivery fees are non-refundable

3. Items being replaced or refunded should complement with images or videos for our inspection
