We run a strict internal procedure on quality control. The standard is as rigorous as a high-class Japanese restaurant, from shipment, food processing to delivery, monitored by qualified staff at each step accordingly.
The hygiene standard is also at the ceiling. We perform sanitizing procedures on a daily basis, with the periodic deinsectization mist completed by a professionally recognized service provider to ensure our customers enjoy with ease.
Additionally, we regularly submit our food samples to the Ministry of Health of Singapore, ensuring our food is compliant with the legal requirements.
Why do you always emphasize the phrase "genuine" fresh?

When we state the phrase "GENUINE FRESH" in the product description, it is a genuine fresh item. We will never use frozen goods to pretend it is a fresh item; our craftsman's soul will never allow us to do it.
