Surume Ika (Pacific Flying Squid) is caught from the Hokuriku sea, it is naturally sweet, thick meat Japanese giant squid grilled until aromatic.

We choose the fresh squid and take out its guts to make the unique Ikawata sauce which cooks with Japanese Sake. This sauce tastes sweet but full of ocean smell! This is a prevalent dish in Yokotaya, and you must try it.
