Nanbu Bijin Junmai Daiginjo Sake Mirai

This Junmai Daijinjo is brewed using "Sake Miral" rice, a new type of sake rice, and is recently becoming popular among brewers of Ginjou-style sake.

The blue of the label is a fanciful image of crystal clear powdery snow falling from the sky. Hints of melon, orange peel laced with candied pineapple-like fragrance, very charming nose, and impressive umami.
